ImageGrab will take stills from the video at the full resolution of the source video, regardless of the screen size. That’s a problem these days because many cameras can take high resolution video that’s larger than a computer screen. In effect the utility is taking the paused video on the screen to make the still image. The popular media player VLC has this feature.
